Overview of BioTrack New York (NY) Digital Tags
- Bamboo
BioTrack recently sent an update to several licensees regarding New York’s seed-to-sale system integration. Unsurprisingly, another delay has been followed by a new compliance mandate. According to their latest communication, effective June 15, 2025:
“All licensees must use an electronic inventory tracking system that integrates with BioTrack NY to track cannabis inventory in real-time.”
Bamboo has been fully prepared for the BioTrack NY integration for some time. Our system was developed based on the official BioTrack NY documentation: BioTrack NY API Documentation
The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is well-acquainted with Bamboo, and we are fully equipped to meet all compliance requirements established by the state.
