We are seeking a Frontend React Developer who can completely own the entire development lifecycle – from scope and project requirement planning, development and delegation, QA to deployment. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, back-end and front-end developers. The ideal candidate will take on and deliver complex tasks, perform code reviews and maintain the integrity of our code quality.Minimum Qualifications
- Expert in React (SPA)
- Expert knowledge with state management systems – redux, sagas, RTK
- Expert in HTML, CSS and various UI frameworks (Material UI, etc)
- Understands React performance – knows when and why a component would render & re-render
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Project management & organizational skills
- Passion with staying up to date with latest technologies – React bundlers, meta-frameworks, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related field; otherwise minimum of 6 years of working experience with above technologies
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
- Design chops – delivering and ensuring cross-device beautiful UI/UX is a must; however you will still be working alongside a designer
- Backend knowledge in Laravel/PHP
- Experience with containerization – Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Cloud experience with AWS/GCP – Cloud Storage (S3/Minio), K8s
